In David Attenborough’s documentary, A Life On Our Planet, he referenced an image of the earth rising in the distance shot during the Apollo XI mission using a Hasselblad V series camera in 1969. He was fascinated by seeing the earth from that perspective and as he observed, “The Earth is finite and we need to look after it.” My project is an examination of our natural world, also shot on a Hasselblad V series camera.
